Phase I: Evaluation
  • Interviewing the Training Directors and key personnel on the wants and desires of the organization. During this phase areas of issues and problems are identified through evaluation and assessment. There are multiple factors that are being measured so that we can provide you with the best training solutions to meet your requirements.
  • Note: We have all been endowed with attributes that when capitalized on incredible results are attained. Our job is to uncover those virtues and traits to magnify and amplify them for the good of the whole organization.


Phase II: Identifying the solution

  • There are underlying reasons for gaps and leaks in any structures. We will team up with to recognize those with forthright conversations and questions.
  • A recommendation of training product based on the assessment will be provided with the best pricing and delivery options for the client.


Phase III: Execution

  • A training program specifically designed for your organization will be implemented through our one on one, classroom or on the field training.
  1. Case studies and realistic real time on the field training is and will be discusses
  2. Some training is conducted via online courses at the employee's pace.
  3. Process improvement and consultation sessions with the management team are available for completing all dimensions of training.

Phase IV: Re-evaluation and Corrective Actions
  • This is a scaling process for improvement of the training programs and delivery. We work with a project leader to assess and ensure that the goals of the organization are being met both in an effective delivery model and one that is truly cost effective.
